Installation problem, Class 'DatabaseAdmin' not found

I am trying to install SilverStripe 2.4.7 for the first time in my localhost,
but it gave me the following errors:

Notice: Use of undefined constant mysite - assumed 'mysite' in C:\AppServ\www\SilverStripe\sapphire\core\ManifestBuilder.php(245) : eval()'d code on line 1

and the install hange, I tried to enter the site, a similar fatal occured inside it but with Email class
