The problem with uploading files

Hello, please: help.
I have a problem when loading even through your file manager, at least through the mine, all the files are uploaded, but why that appear only folders and files, did not. Although it is written that the files have been filled. The place occupied by the folder written 2 megabytes, but it weighs about 30 megabytes.

Can you please confirm if uploading with standard FTP causes the same problem? If it does then it will probably be a server issue.
