Installed Silverstripe onto my computer, need help installing a previous website.

I made a website a while back whilst on an internship type thing, when leaving I took the necessary files back with me on a USB drive. These are the files I have http://i.imgur.com/t2fMBvh.png

How can I install this website into my installed Silver Stripe?

Those are your files, but your website database will be stored elsewhere and without that, you're not going to have your page content.

When I go to themes, and then default, all my coding for the website is in there, including the CSS and there is a page.SS file,.

Yes, but any data for the site you added in the cms won't be in those files. To install SS on a new machine make sure you h ave a webserver (WAMP perhaps on windows) and place those files in the web server www folder. Check the installation instructions for more details
