This was broken since our server outage on December 6th, due to filesystem permission problems. As DokuWiki (the software driving doc.ss.org) is fully filesystem based, this meant that no new registrations or wiki edits could be written.
We're really sorry for this, and hope it didn't hold you guys up too much!
