I have recently a few days ago try to fix a fatal error in memory on line 23 of a gd.php file. I was told to try and access first the ini.php first, and if it's hidden, then try to access the ht.access. It seems as if both of these files are hidden, and there is no way to access them. Anyway, I was wondering if there is any insight of where, and how to fix this problem?

You should be able to see the .htaccess file at least. If you are on windows (or using an FTP client) search google for how to display hidden files in whatever your using. The .htaccess will be in the root of your silverstripe installation.
