Quick question: Is it possible to make my Email template modifiable in the CMS?

So if my client wanted to change, say; the subject or bodytext of the autoreply email he can do so through the CMS like most other pages?

I've had a look around but I'm having trouble finding exact details.

I would add a field to the the page that sends the email, and use $emailsubject = $this->myFieldWithDataFromCMS.
