hi,

i need your help in this things

i install all the cms and i get to this cms know so if i fix this problem i found my cms ,something that i look for 3 years!

so help me

in the admin you use ajax or something because of that the admin very slow so your have admin that fast?

and
i need guide to build template...

As far as I know, AJAX is mostly being used for a good user interface. It helps to provide a seamless browsing/editing experience.
To get you started with SilverStripe, complete the tutorials (http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=tutorials) first. Then read here about templates: http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=templates
