Hi guys,

just tried to upgrade my website now running on SilverStripe v2.4.5 to v3.0.3 but it didn't really work.
Also I checked the files in the root dir and I guess there are already files that should be deleted and have not been deleted when updated last time.

Can anybody help me with this update?
I've already checked:
- http://doc.silverstripe.org/framework/en/trunk/changelogs/3.0.0#upgrading
- http://doc.silverstripe.org/framework/en/installation/upgrading

I have also attached a screenshot of all the files in root.
Would be nice of one of you could help me with this or give me a hint where I can find the necessary info about it.

What error do you get? Ensure you've run dev/build and turn on error messaging (dev mode in silverstripe + PHP display_errors). It's normal to receive several notices on update which you'll need to fix by hand using the guides you listed.
