Upgrade to 2.3: Problem with Image Upload within Site-Content

Hi experts,
after upgrading to 2.3 I got the following problem:

[Notice] Undefined index: ImageSource
POST /sapphire/main.php?url=images/index/ArtikelHolder/62/Bild2/EditImageForm&

Line 697 in C:\inetpub\kunden\silverstripe\wwwroot\sapphire\core\model\Image.php

This happens when I click "Replace Image".

I'm running the site with IIS6.0, with 2.2.3 everything was perfect.

You need to select an image with the radio buttons before clicking "replace image".

This isn't very usable; I've added http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/3629 with some details of how to improve it.
