I am testing upgrading some sites to 2.3.0 from 2.2.3, and I only have one real issue left.

Each of our sites mysite/_config.php sets a unique EMAIL_BOUNCEHANDLER_KEY.

When we upgrade a site to 2.3.0 we get the following ouput on every page:

Notice: Constant EMAIL_BOUNCEHANDLER_KEY already defined in {install directory}/sapphire/_config.php on line 69

Since _config.php states that EMAIL_BOUNCEHANDLER_KEY should be able to be overridden in the site conf file this seems like a bug. Anyone else run accross this? Any fixes?

Commenting out the line in either core/_config.php or mysite/_config.php of course works, and we may just make that change to the core file, but it still seems a bit odd.
