How do you use the language chooser widget?

You need to enable and set up language translation first:

Once that's done, you should be able to install the language widget and drag it on to Widget-enabled page.
(The widget just offers you an extra way to change the language, bit like having a remote control to change channels, bit useless without a TV!)
