Building a Greener Future

Aptly named “Del Ray Greens,” the building is owned by local entrepreneur Julie Wadler who founded epiphany productions, inc. epiphany website Julie is a Del Ray resident and business owner. After purchasing on old service station on the corner of Mount Vernon Avenue, Julie became intrigued by how to resurrect the property. Julie was long interested in environmental issues and decided that she wanted to build an office building that would enhance the Del Ray community and become an example of sustainable development.

Thus was born Del Ray Greens, which will now be Del Ray’s first privately owned, LEED certified building with the added feature of an organic, farmable roof.
