UK SilverStripe developer training

Hi,
I'm new to SilverStripe but have been developing PHP software for a number of years. I've recently been working with an agency on a new project which they have now handed over for me to take forward.
I'm sure I can work it out as I go along, but I'd be interested in any "SilverStripe for Deveopers" type training courses. Is there any such thing in the UK that you can recommend?

Welcome to sivlerstripe!
As far as I know there isn't a UK developer course (or at least there wasn't one when I started a year and a half ago) - instead there are two books (http://silverstripe.org/books/), a series of tutorials & documentation (http://doc.silverstripe.org/sapphire/en/) and support on this forum or IRC.
I initially did use paid mentoring - but only briefly and it was mainly outsourcing small problems now I think about it. You'll mainly learn by reading over the above and asking questions here.
