As well as creating the templates, we've created our own module 'ProThemes' which sets up a variety of useful page types like home page, faq page, contact page with form and maps, listing pages, and extends the standard page with a few extra features. This module also adds a whole pile of options to the 'settings' page within SilverStripe, letting the owner upload logos, favicon, choose their fonts and colours, insert google analytic code and event turn on a 'site coming soon' placeholder page
