How to show a file insert button in the editor?

Hello,
I have configured the SilverStripe CMS for one of my sites. In the content editor i have seen that there is an option for inserting Images and Flash objects. Like that i want to insert MP3 files in to the content. How i can achieve this. Since i am a newbie to this CMS, I have searched in the forum and all. But i cant get any help from it.
Note: I am using SilverStripe 2.3.1 version.
Please help!! I really want to implement this facility in my site.
Any help would be Very much Appreciated.
