    When will be a newer version of TinyMCE included? Link to this post

    A question about the TinyMCE editor:

    My users like the TinyMCE editor and its formatting capabilities. Sometimes they have problems formatting their texts and it seems that's because of some bugs in the TinyMCE. I checked the version used in Silverstripe and it seems its over a year old and 13 versions later of TinyMCE. So my question, is there an update planned for a future version of silverstripe?

    We had planned on upgrading TinyMCE to the most recent build for the 2.4 beta but ran out of time to fully test so its been delayed. It is possible we might update tinymce sometime for 2.4 otherwise this update will occur when we migrate to the jquery build of tinymce for 2.5.
