Yes via the HtmlEditorConfig class you should be able to. http://doc.silverstripe.org/htmleditorconfig

thx, one more question:
Why tinyMCE always adding <span>s with style property even if it's not necessary
for example: if I write plain text and choose "Heading 1" then I get: <h1><span style=" *long style definition* ">Text</span></h1> -
