Adding style classes to TinyMCE editor

How can I add style classes to TinyMCE editor. The default list is "pdf, doc, xls, archive, application etc...". How can I modify this list?
I found several instructions in the forum, but none of them seem to work. What is the correct way to do this with SS 2.3.3?
