Using SS_Report on frontend

Howdy,

I have need to use the field and ComplexTableField display very similar to the SS_Report + ReportsAdmin that exists in the CMS. Just shooting a question out there to see if anyone has attempted this. I know the CMS setup uses AJAX to pass items back and forth as well as a bevy of customizations for LeftAndMain setup.

Once a CMS SS_Report with the proper Filters and custom Queries are created for the CMS Report it wouldn't be an awful amount of work to repeat that for a template/controller/paging setup on the front. But it would be sweeter if I didn't have to, particularly the built in Export to CSV option.

I'll eventually answer my own question, but any input is welcome!
