Page Version History

Hi!
I have a problem with "Page Version History" in the CMS module.
In the "When" column the time is shown in a wrong format when I choose Norwegian as admin language.I have looked at the language file in in the cms\lang\ folder but it contains no code to edit this field.
There are no translations in the "nb_NO" file nor the "en_US" language file.The big question is: Where can I edit this fields code to make it display the right time format?
