Display custom image flash and use a specific upload folder for ThumbnailStripField

Hi to everyone,
I have a problem to set a specific folder in the ThumbnailStripField. As I could figure out he's looking for a $_GET['folderID']... Is there any way to set a custom ?folderID / or equal so that he'll upload to that folder and not to assets/ ?
Is it possible to set, that the HTMLEditorField displays a default thumbnail/image folder as well?Thanks in advance
