how can i put some javascript into the cms backend?

Simple Examle:
i want to use jQuery in the CMS Backend. For Example: use jQuery's .load() function in the pagetype page in a special tab. How can i do this?

i have found this:

But where should i place this code

Behaviour.register({........... }) ??
