Error Uploading file - File is not a valid upload [solved]

Hi All,
Have got a problem on my 2.4.5 version .
Upload works from all other pages and "Files and IMages" tab, however when I'm trying to upload an image from TinyMCE it dives me an error "File is not a valid upload". Please advise where I can search for a solution ? (Permissions are well configured, so should not be the case)
