Hi,

seems that $allowed_children does not work for me properly anymore since SS3. When I use it, it has no effect to the page type dropdown or the listing when creating a new site.

Is anybody here with similar problems?

Cheers, Mario

Yeah, it's not 'broken' but it isn't doesn't work as expected. If you right click on the parent page to add a page it works as expected, you see only allowed children. However if you're on a page and click add page it shows you all page types and creates the new page in route if its not allowed. I assume it works that way because the add page interface allows you to add a page anywhere. It's confusing coming from ss2.x. Though a warning would be good instead of just dumping it in the root.
