Expire Session when Browser Closes / Hide "Remember Me Next Time"

The title pretty much says it all. I need to do two things:
1) Force a logged in user's session to expire when the browser is closed
2) Hide the "Remember Me Next Time" option on the login pageWhat is the best way to accomplish those?
