adding requirements to cms popup

Hi
Hi im hoping this will be an easy one, but does any one know how to add a javascript file into the cms pop up window i can see the default ones are being added in ComplexTableField.php but i dont want to add the extra files here as it is only needed for a specific popup.
any ideas?
