Two parents

I want some page have two parents or rather it to appear in Menu() in two pages.
For example: the general listing: Students should be in menu in page People and in page "Graduate Studies"

Redirect Page solves this to include in menu
However sometimes parent may become invalid (probably if ss file contains <% control Children %>).
Virtual page does not work either
