TinyMCE Insert Image Enhancement

Is it possible to extend some properties to the right Panel ("Form_EditorToolbarImageForm").
I am dreaming of a additional checkbox (e.g. between "Description" and "Alignment / style")
[ ] open image in lightbox(/graybox)If i enable this checkbox it should generated a link for it around the image-tag.

I'd be curious to know this as well. I don't understand why every image has to have a class. There's no way to allow the default inline behavior of an image in the current set-up.
