how to insert more times record by admin and multiple records because we want to create a list but i haven't any support by forum or anther source so, please if you have any idea or link then please give me.............

sorry for my bad English, i want to create a module how content manage by admin but admin can multiple records insert. and effect display on front page or menu page.
i have a problem that one time insert by current admin code but can't insert second record, because i have no more idea or silverstripe class, so please help me...
