Changing Header Properties in Drop Down Box?

Is there a way to add custom headers to the drop down box in the content area of the CMS or change the properties of an existing one? For example I'd like to change the font size of Header 4. Anyone know which css file controls that part of the CMS?

You can set these styles for the cms and the front end with a typography.css in your themes/blackcandy/css file.
