Form $actions in CMS Link to this post

Quick Question, will the standard $actions FormAction work in CMS forms as well. I'm trying to setup a User Sign up that requires Admin Approval. So I have the Form that writes to DataObject and I want Admins to be able to click a button and approve an entry which will copy it to the appropriate Member Group

I am curious to know how to do this too. I have tried the getCMSActions() but the but just infinitely loads.
