Let me know next week (I'm back at work Wednesday we have long weekend here woot!) if you need a hand with displaying the latest 5 should be pretty easy from here.

I am using the code that comes in Tutorial 2 of the SS documentation, and I am able to get the newest entries to show on all news pages, but keep getting errors as I am trying to write a conditional statement in the "category" function to only show the newest entries when there is no category selected.
