/dev/build: Page not found

Hey,
I am trying to extend SilverStripe. I saved a new DataModel in mysite/code/event.php. But when I call up www.myurl.de/dev/build I only get 'Page not found'.
What did I do wrong???

If you're using 2.2.3, you should be using /db/build - this was changed in 2.3
