adding image to dataobject ends in 500 error

hi there,
please can you look at this code:
http://pastebin.com/m378f9523I'm adding 1 photo to each Supportkontakt.
Could it be that the class "Reference_FotoImage" is wrong in this file?
If I activate the "out-commented" code I cant save any pages any more, this ends up in this error:
