Hi All

I am setting up a fitness website, where there is member management extending from the modeladmin.
Part of the website, has a health questionnaire, which members fill in so they can have fitness plans created.

What I need to do is take the info that they enter into the site via a userdefinedform, and display it in the member management area. It doesn't need to be editable, just viewable so that my client doesn't need to look through all the form submissions to find the correct user as they are expecting quite a few thousand of them.

I've tried a number of different things but can't make it display. Is it possible? If anyone could point me in the right direction would be great. Thanks in advance.
