I have tried and older version, went back to r316 still the same issue?
any other ideas?

sorry just realised what you mean't. Long day. Its the
TypeError:Property 'onsubmit' of object#<an HTMLFormElement> is not a function error.

Ok good call, should have thought of that myself.....
Works in Firefox, doesn't in Chrome or IE
Also the original page i had set up as a gallery now won't let me access it via the admin, i just get one of those oh so helpful pop-up boxes with a yellow triangle and no message an error loading page message at the bottom of the cms. It's a pain because it won't let me delete the old page.

Confirmed the bug. Will pound half a bottle of whiskey and jump into IE land.
