Can't get the Image gallery to work

I think that i have installed the data object manager, and the swfupload,
I also downloaded jquery and put that in the silverstripe root.
When I go into the files and images there is no Configuration
tab, I have uploaded files but can't really do anything, with them. I would be very
grateful if some could help me get the image gallery module working correctly.

You shouldn't have to do anything in the Files & Images section. Just go to your site tree and create an ImageGalleryPage.
