Member problem of SWFUploadfield on the frontend

I used SWFUploadField in a frontend form. It works almost perfectly but everytime after I uploaded the file. No matter I logined or not, the OwnerID of the file is still 0.
I found out that when the form submitted, the Member::currentUser() is NULL.
Is that because of the SWF uploader(May be the session is different)?
Any idea or solution will be really appreciated.

I recommend switching to Uploadify. http://www.leftandmain.com/silverstripe-modules/2010/08/26/uploadify/
