Dataobjectmanager.js not loading.

Hi!
There are couple of threads that are close to this one but still decided to start new Thread.
Im using SS 2.4.1 with dataobject_manager module mainly cause datepickerfield. My problem is that Datepicker dosnt popup in CMS... After refresh it does.I tryed to debug with firebug and noticed that dataobjectmanager.js dosnt load at all before i refresh cms, (nor does datepicker.js).
Any one knows solution to this, or can explain me where these module related .js files should be loaded?
