How can I migrate from HasManyFileManager to FileDataObjectManager

10 August 2010 at 5:01pm
I created a website for a client about a year ago, using the HasManyFileManager to allow them to attach PDFs to pages of their site.
Well the site is growing and I'd like to update to the latest silverstripe. The problem is that they have maybe 100 pages and each page has 2 or 3 files attached to it.
How can I migrate the file attachments from HasManyFileManager to FileDataObjectManager? I don't want to have to look through each page and attach the same files manually - is there any way I could automate it?
