New ImageGalleryPage

Why in my files & images section are there literally tens of folders with the title of New "ImageGalleryPage" - i cannot access them as whenever i click them (at the top level - the top few) they load for a time then i get a "error loading sub tree" message appear. Apart form that I get them open with single gallery in every one?
Has anyone else found this - I do not know what code to show to try and remedy this.
