Gallery to Image Gallery Migrate

Hi there,
Is there a way to migrate images from the old gallery module to the imagegallery (or a customised version thereof)? I've got about 200 gallery pages that I'd *LOVE* to move them on but I don't really know where to start. Pointers very appreciated.
