new created image gallery page only visible after reload?

someone run into this as well?
when creating new image gallery page, the page is not visible in the page tree immediatly but only after reload.

I did have this issue when I initially installed the image gallery, I'm not sure if the issue was a version mismatch between the dataobjectmanager/uploadify/imagegallery or simply the order they were installed, but it resolved itself when I uninstalled all three and reinstalled, one at a time followed by a flush, the latest versions of each.

after changing to different modules and starting with a new db it's working as well. thanks -

wierd... i have no more problems while local, but after copy the project inkl. db to my host i still have the same problem.
