Image Gallery Post

Morning Chaps,
Im having a bit of an issue with the image gallery.
I have been looking through the pages and cant find anything.
When trying to post an image to a gallery i get the error from firefox debugger stating:[09:26:11.904] Form contains a file input, but is missing method=POST and enctype=multipart/form-data on the form. The file will not be sent. @ http://www.herriardsportsclub.co.uk/admin/EditForm/field/GalleryItems/upload?SecurityID=9824236426ffc1ff451d2d68ae7b07c3ed7ac5ae?album=7
Has anyone got any ideas because i havent got a clue where to start.
