Uploadify IE8 FF 4 Not Clickable [WIN]

Hi It seems that uploadify is not click-able in the admin menu it remains with text select cursor on mouse over. It works fine on my mac in all browsers... (Saffari FF and Chrome.)
Has any one else had this problem ? is this a bug or somthing that i am doing wrong ?
