Uploadify - Replace File

First off, thank you for the modules you've created. They're fantastic.
Is there any way to modify Uploadify to let me replace a file with another file (but keep the same name as it was originally uploaded with)? I loaded the "versionedfiles" module to get this type of functionality but it doesn't seem to play nice with Uploadify.

I believe that it is not possible Silverstripe wide. But I might also be mistaken about this since I am not intimate with the newer versions of silverstripe anymore.
