Manage images in one location to show up on all pages

How would I go about doing this? I have SlideshowImage data objects and I want to manage them with ImageDataObjectManager and have them show up on every Page. The problem is, I don't know where to put the ImageDataObjectManager so that there is one central location where you upload images and then they get displayed on every page. Usually I would make a "SlideshowHolder" page type but I don't want the IDOM to show up in every Page Type in the CMS.

Stuff like that I usually just put on the HomePage, SiteConfig, or ModelAdmin.
