[User Warning} On Installation

I'm getting this message when running /dev/build after uploading the DataObjectManager module. How can it be corrected?
[User Warning] There are two files both containing the same class: '/mnt/stor10-wc2-dfw1/546833/547943/www.cwttest.com/web/content/ss/dataobject_manager/code/autocomplete_field/LiveDropdownField.php' and '/mnt/stor10-wc2-dfw1/546833/547943/www.cwttest.com/web/content/ss/dataobject_manager/code/dropdown_fields/LiveDropdownField.php'. This might mean that the wrong code is being used.

That happened to me too, try renaming (e.g. ... .bak) or removing ..dataobject_manager/code/autocomplete_field/LiveDropdownField.php.
That will allow the install to complete, but I'm curious if this "solution" causes any problems?!
