Gallery didn't creat thumbnails

Hi, i have latest version of DOM and uploadify and I have gallery module installed on SS 2.4.5. I have problem with gallery. When I creat GaleryPage, I add the thumbnail for galery and when i open it, i have thesame thumbnail for every image in it. I check the FTP and I noticed, that the galery did not creat thumbnails for images in it.
In some galery, it creat thumbnail for first image, in others for all images or a random number of images. Have anybody an idea?
