cannot open uploads folder from choose exisitng

Days ago, everything works fine. But suddenly if i want to use choose existing function, it fails to open the uploads folder(the bar keeps circling ), ...
also whenever I upload a video, the page will show "server error"...i have a copy of the website. the same code works fine on the other site, but doesn't on the this one
ok, now it gives me the HTTP ERROR...1 min ago i can upload, and i didn't change any code, now i get HTTP Error ~however, i didn't have HTTP ERROR when i upload images, only happen for videos...
have no idea of what might be the problem. Thanks for any help!

Try UploadifyField::disable_authentication();

which file should I put this line to?
config.php in uploadify? i tried that and i cannot access my site
